Ok all

I have registered the following domain:

www.gravitysportsnz.org

You can view the set up at www.discountdomains.co.nz

Contact me via email for login details.

In the meantime I will set up a Google Apps Standard account in the name of Gravity Sports NZ. This will give us an email address of User@gravitysportsnz.org. The standard free google apps will give us 50 email addresses which is enough to cover the Board. Plus we will have a shared calendar and shared docs.

It will take me a little while to get the CNAME settings for Google apps verified and changed etc so I will let you know when the email stuff and google apps is up and running. Should take less that a week.

Once up we can use it to centralise all meetings, meeting notes, member list, membership payments, incoming and outgoing post. That way everything is transparent to all of us.
