New Need Not Ollie Logo

After a late night of pizza and cider Bill (my new graphics guru) and myself came up with a new logo for NNO but would like to know what people think:
We created the letters to look like a bunch of people standing around together and took the inspiration from a photo of a Wellington race where a crew of riders were getting ready to start.
The Kiwi needs a little work as well as the deck but it is till in the development stage so let us know what you guys think!

Agree on the need for some wheels. Something retro to go with the retro style font and colours.

It kinda looks like you Jestah. The way the kiwi is leaning forward on its uglie doing a hang ten noser. :P Digging it man. I reckon keep it one legged and chuck some wheels on that bad boy dancer!
