im always wanted to be disrespectful to those who have passed away. does anyone know anyone who has died there?

i think that people who see you guys are going to think that all skaters are a bunch of brats who only cause trouble.

not really so many people use it for recration you get runners cyclistis pople waliknig their dogs and allsorts we even found a couple with a little bit of alone time happening ae sam :P

its council property, its the same as skating on a road except its in a cemetary. what if your bombing a hill and somebody has had a crash there and died? and theres a little cross to remember them. its the same thing, i could be calling you disrepectfull but i wouldnt.

no, your taking the fact that its council property and taking it out of context. a cemetary is a place thats been designated for those who have died, from accidents, war, crime or any other thing. the thing with skating there is that your going to be sliding all on the roads, runners, cyclist or people goin through the cemetary arnt going to be screeching through there. if you were bombing and you never had to make a slide and could stop without any trouble then it would be better. but if your cycling or running or even just walking, let alone at the grave of a loved one; your not going to want to hear the screech of longboarders sliding down the road next to you, are you?? if you were at a place were there were absolutely no graves, then you would be ok. but i still believe that morally it is wrong as you disrespect the part of our heritage that is most important, our ancestors before us.

i get where your coming from but if you dont like it then dont come! its simple, were just spreading the stoke and having fun and mabye if you get off this trip your on and come and skate it and you can see first had that we go in the early evening just before the gates shut which minimizes the amount of people there and that if we do see people mourning that we arnt disrespectfull and do get of and walk. thats in the rare ocasion that somebody is there in the early evening, its fine that you have an opinion but id rather be skating on a near car-less road than on a road with many cars where there is a much bigger chance of my body being added to that cemetary, but skating at the cemetary is alot safer which is good for everbody!
and i have actually been stoped by a group of people and asked what im riding and to do that slide again.
end of discussion,your killing our buzz to skate and its not cool
