Brand new subdevision, no or few cars...be aware on the work day as there still got some big trucks going in, but everything is easily seen...few houses
Roads are like butter, real smooth, good cruising and carving, steep runs are generally short, some nice hills to play around on.
Top of Rexford heights to the bottom of lake blvrd is probably the most intense as there is a pretty knarly left hand corner...take it at too much speed and you'll eat it...lower sections of the hills are good for beginners.Another nice little hill from the top of Gyle place. go have a drive around next time youve come over the kaimais and your gunna take the left towards the toll road to head towards the mount...go left instead of right at the toll road round about...you'll see what im talkn about.
got the mrs out there on one of my boards...she just learning to longboard. few of the hills were great for her.
