So I had some nice video footage of some super smooth cross stepping all ready to show off to you guys! But alas, my movie editing skills completely failed, so instead adam & adam can teach you this trick.

The only thing I would add is that this trick is a lot harder than it looks, especially if you don't know any others. It was the first trick I learned and it took me many many tries to get it.
